Classes in the Simply Music method are offered around an area of the Wimmera in Victoria encompassed by Horsham, Stawell and Warracknabeal. Traditional students as prior learners are welcome as are total beginners.
Lessons are conducted on a Bernstein grand piano. In a total current student body of approximately 40, ages range from three to eighty years old. Learning in group situations is recommended for dynamic fun and optimal learning. Unmani also teaches practising Simply Music teachers, a number of online students Australia and worldwide, and also students with special needs using the innovative new Gateway program. Online Learning

Zoom, Skype and phone lessons are offered to remote learners, those seeking the Simply Music method and a natural way to learn violin called the Kato Havas approach. ’Live’ local learners often take advantage of these platforms when unable to attend lessons in person.

Free introductory sessions (approximately 40 minutes in length) are run regularly. Contact Unmani for the next time and place. These sessions provide you with a history of the method, demonstrations of pieces, an example of a song being taught, what the program has to offer, how it differs from other methods and much else.


Unmani also teaches violin for beginners specializing in the Kato Havas approach, pulling also from her own wide background in music education, and the insights she has gleaned from the in depth teacher training in Simply Music.
